Our sessions are done at our Home Studio in West Springfield Ma by appointment only. No walk ins are accepted. There are no bathrooms available at our home office, please plan accordingly. Your appointment will take about 20 minutes, you will leave with your passport photos.

Thank you for choosing us for your passport photos.
Please review the following, to make your visit successful.
We are located at 244 Poplar Ave West Springfield, Ma. The house is white, you may park in the street or across the driveway. Use the left side porch to enter. Follow the brick path past the front door to the left side porch.
This is a home office, there are no public restrooms available, please plan accordingly.
Most countries use a light colored backdrop, please do not wear a white or light colored top to your appointment.
Please do not use excessive make up or face creams that may cause glare on cheeks or forehead, this can cause your photos to be rejected.
This appointment is for an I D type photo of an actual likeness of your face, please keep in mind this is not a portrait session.
We will take your photos directly inside the entry door, you will then be asked to wait in your car, we will bring you your photos when ready. The process usually takes approximately 15-20minutes.

You must submit 2 identical and unaltered photos with each passport application.

Passport photo size information
Go to a commercial photographer or studio to have your photo taken. Don’t rely on inexperienced clerks at department stores, drug stores, even post offices and shipping centers, they will most likely get the size wrong and delay you from renewing or getting your passport.
Make sure your photo
- is the right size
- has the quality we need
- captures a neutral facial expression
- reflects how you look now (taken no more than 6 months before you apply)
Size
Your photos must meet these specifications:
- They must be 50 mm wide by 70 mm high (2 inches wide by 2¾ inches high).
- The height of your face must measure between 31 mm (1¼ inches) and 36 mm (1⁷⁄₁₆ inches) from your chin to the crown of your head (natural top of head).
